What Earth Day means to Immagin
Immagin brought this home today in Her homework folder. I thought this was amazing. The day before Earth day Immagins teacher had told everyone that they were going to hug trees on earth day. I guess Immagin really felt passionate about NOT doing it! Here's what She wrote,
My Life
Me and My Family and Me are not tree huggers. We don't worship the earth like it's a God, because We worship One and Only God. Verse John 1:1 In the Beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.

That's great that she is so thought about her faith. I pray will be like that. You have good kids.
Wow, quite deep for a 4(?) year old!
Sarah, she's 8..... i just found this in her backpack. She wasn't even going to tell us about it:)

Ha ha ha! Halelujah for Immagin, and good job mom and dad! When Jared was in 3rd grade he came home seriously concerned and sad about some supposed animal injustice and I had to sit him down and talk to him about the value of humans versus the value of the animals God created for the pleasure and service of man. Eventually this was one of the reasons on my list that led me to homeschool.
AMEN, Katie! Us too....
