I don't know if it would necessarily be cheeper but it would save time on driving(gas), and it would be something fun to do as a family. Good learning experience ; ) <br />We are "slowly" going organic. Followed by dairy & meat. The more processed the food is the less benefit you'll receive from the organic label. Also, there is a "dirty dozen" of fruits/veggies that absorb more pesticides than some others. So, I try to always buy organic from that list if I have to cut corners elsewhere.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07325023578818641279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6859275228138352406.post-4700687868876817722010-05-26T10:14:52.060-07:002010-05-26T10:14:52.060-07:00Yikes! Pesticides are only part of the problem with conventional produce..there's genetic modification, factory farms, etc, etc. (I haven't read the article but I will)Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11490402059441255068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6859275228138352406.post-83463780177251581532010-05-26T06:28:45.154-07:002010-05-26T06:28:45.154-07:00THat's frightening!
